Aerial Arts Trial

Beginner Aerial
Embarking on the journey of aerial arts can be an exhilarating endeavor, combining the beauty of dance with the thrill of acrobatics. As a newcomer, you'll start with Beginner Aerial sessions, where you'll be introduced to the basics of your chosen apparatus, be it the Silks, Hoop, Trapeze, or Hammocks.
This foundational stage is crucial for building strength, flexibility, and, most importantly, confidence in the air. Safety is paramount, and under the watchful eye of your coach, you'll learn how to navigate your apparatus with grace and care.

Aerial Arts Intermediate to Advanced level
Upon mastering the beginner level, which typically involves a few sessions where you'll familiarize yourself with essential grips, wraps, and simple sequences, you'll reach a pivotal moment in your aerial journey. Progression in aerial arts is not merely about time spent but skill and safety mastery.
Your coach will evaluate your readiness based on your ability to execute the basics flawlessly, your understanding of safety protocols, and your overall physical preparedness for more complex maneuvers. This assessment ensures that every student progresses at a pace that's right for them, reducing the risk of injury and maximizing the learning experience.
Once you've received your coach's approval, you'll ascend to the next exciting phase of your aerial adventure: Inter Tricks 1.
